Benjamin Garner is an entrepreneur, ministry leader, and operations professional with a background spanning arboriculture, business development, theology, and organizational leadership. He is the owner of Arborwise Solutions LLC, where he focuses on innovative solutions within the tree care industry, including residential tree health systems, sustainable byproducts, and technology development for arborists and service companies. Before focusing fully on business ownership and operational leadership, Benjamin spent nearly a decade serving in pastoral ministry and worship leadership roles. During that time, he directed volunteer teams, coordinated large-scale production environments, and helped lead church operations with an emphasis on discipleship, organization, and team development. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies and has pursued graduate theological education with a focus on ecclesiology, covenant theology, and pastoral leadership. His theological interests include sacramental theology, church history, family discipleship, and the relationship between worship, community, and spiritual formation. In both ministry and business, Benjamin is known for combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. His work often centers on building practical systems that improve efficiency, stewardship, and long-term sustainability for families, churches, and small businesses alike. He lives in Texas with his wife and children.

Ethan is a writer, public speaker, event coordinator, activist and arborist. while owning and operating a tree service he aspires to work in public ministry.
